Me going to Phantom of the Opera

Started out this morning at Buckingham Palace for the changing of the guard. Then my parents and I made our way to start the Big Bus Tour. It was quite the interesting ride. There was commentary throughout the whole city. It was fun to learn more about London and all the different areas you can go and visit. We went by Hyde Park, South Kensington, Portobello Road, Covet Gardens, Piccadilly Circus, the Tower of London, the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, and much more. We also took a river tour. That gave great views along the river of Tower Bridge, Town Hall, and again much more. Out guide on the boat was a great guide and kept us smiling the whole ride. Later we went through the National Gallery. It is full of different painting from the 13th to 16th centuries. With paintings by Degas, Monet, Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and quite a few others. Then we went to McDonalds for our gourmet dinner before Phantom. Finally it was time to head over to Her Majesties Theatre for Phantom of the Opera. It was amazing. The music was great! I especially loved the beginning where the stage is unveiled and the chandelier is raised up. It just starts the show off with a bang. After the show we walked through Piccadilly Circus with all advertisement lit up in the dark. We also stopped by Harrods to see it lit up.
